Bus Route No. 06 is operated by Phuong Trang Futabuslines Joint Stock Company with a fleet of five buses, each accommodating up to 40 passengers (19 seated and 21 standing). The total route length is 21.3 kilometers, with 48 trips per day and a frequency of approximately 30–60 minutes per trip. Official operation will begin on January 25, 2026.
🚏 Route Details
In the outbound direction, buses depart from the airport bus station and travel along major roads including Truong Thi 7 Street, Nguyen Van Linh Street, the airport terminal area, Duy Tan Street, Dragon Bridge, Vo Van Kiet Street, Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Truong Sa Street, Vo Quy Huan Street, Hoang Minh Thang Street, Tran Quoc Vuong Street, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, the FPT Urban Area internal roads, Tran Dai Nghia Street, and terminate at the bus station of the Vietnam–Korea University of Information and Communication Technology.
In the return direction, the route follows the same corridors in reverse, ensuring seamless connectivity between the FPT Urban Area, the coastal axis, and the city center.
The first departure time is 5:30 a.m. from the university terminal and 5:45 a.m. from the airport terminal. The last services operate until approximately 7:00 p.m. and 7:25 p.m., respectively.
💳 Ticket Prices and Fare Policies
Single-trip fares are applied based on travel distance:
- VND 15,000 per trip for journeys under 10.65 km (less than half of the route).
- VND 22,000 per trip for full-route travel.
- Students are entitled to a discounted fare of only VND 8,000 per trip.
Several priority groups — including children under six, persons with severe disabilities, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids with over 81% disability, people with meritorious service to the nation, and relatives of fallen soldiers — are eligible for free travel in accordance with government regulations.
For monthly passes, standard passengers may purchase:
- VND 380,000/month for a single-route pass
- VND 1,000,000/month for an inter-route pass
Preferential groups such as students, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and war invalids under 81% disability enjoy reduced prices:
- VND 300,000/month for a single-route pass
- VND 400,000/month for an inter-route pass
